→ Sustainable Operating Model in regions of high socio-environmental complexity: Construction of an operating model using the concept of participatory management, which incorporated the perspective of cost reduction and enhancement of the value generated for the business and its operating region. Identification of potential financing options to leverage resources and contribute for projects continuity.

→ Data collection and assessment framework on a jurisdictional level: Calculation of a baseline for labor impact, livelihoods and land ownership themes for a group of municipalities, which informs the development of the general data collection policy for the SourceUp model globally and for LandScale.

→ Environmental conservation and sustainable development on rural areas: Regional diagnosis, strategy insertion in the territory, implementation of project infrastructure and mobilization of rural landowners, local communities, and articulation with agricultural promotion and environmental preservation players.

→ Financing plan for conservation activities and socio-environmental projects: Development of a fundraising and evaluation strategy for access by state governments to climate finance. Structure a private investment fund for environmental conservation.

→ Technical evaluation of 35 forest carbon projects (A/R, REDD and IFM), in different regions of Brazil selected by a private agent to investments.
