VCS validation audit

Field audit carried out in February 2023, in partnership with Terwood, included an overflight of the area and interviews with project stakeholders, the main ones being the communities of Vila de Lindóia.

FOREST AND FAUNA INVENTORY

Carried out in the first half of 2023, with the inventory it was possible to quantify the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions that would have been emitted in the absence of the project.

The inventory also supported the definition of the project's fauna monitoring plan, which aims to impact local biodiversity and certify the impact through the VCS standard.

IDENTIFICATION OF ENDANGERED SPECIES:
– Tapir (Tapirus terrestris)

forest frog. (Leptodactylus pentadactylus)

Allobates brunneus
